"One of the most valuable lessons
on the Executive MBA at GSM
was how to manage my time;
balancing the demands of work,
family and study whilst retaining
my sanity. The programme
content was very relevant to my
work and, whilst the deadlines
were challenging, I experienced a
considerable sense of satisfaction
on completing each element of the
programme."
"Since completing my Executive
MBA I have secured my first
headship and I am certain that the
qualification through GSM played
a key role in my promotion."

"The Executive MBA at Greenwich
School of Management was
challenging, rewarding and
enjoyable. The interaction with my
fellow students, exchanging real
life business experiences, was a
great benefit. The programme
allowed me to apply what I had
learnt to my everyday job, on such
topics as formatting business
strategy, eradicating waste and
positively marketing the
organisation."
"Since completing the MBA I have
gained a substantial promotion at
work. The MBA was certainly an
influencing factor in this."

HRH Prince Y F Bala-Tonglélé PhD
Group Executive Chairman
Golden Shield 7 Group of Companies
"I joined Greenwich School of Management as a young undergraduate with A levels in September 1982 and came out with a PhD (Distinction) in December 1989.
Now I direct seven international companies employing over 900 staff across Europe, Asia and Africa.
Without the education, training and discipline received at Greenwich School of Management, I could not have achieved this success in my lifetime.
Greenwich School of Management was the natural choice for me and I have recommended many of my colleagues to join GSM and they have all graduated at this School successfully.

"The Executive MBA, with its
convenient weekend modules and
executive format, fitted neatly around
my family and work commitments.
The content of the programme
allowed me to align academic theory
with practice to benefit both myself
and the business. The work based
assignments were particularly useful.
There was real purpose to the
learning and development style."
"On completion of the course,
I had gained not only the academic
theory but the confidence to set up
my own consultancy business,
Cameron Consulting. The staff and

"Studying at GSM has been a
positive experience. The tuition is
of a high standard and is tailored
to support the individual course
member's needs. Module tutors
offer excellent support and
accessibility in relation to
completing assignments.
Throughout the dissertation
process my supervisor was quick
to respond to queries. Both
academically and administratively,
tutors, lecturers and staff offer
support and encouragement
throughout the programme.
"I would recommend the GSM
Health Services Management MBA
programme to any health
professional who is considering a
career in management. It will
enable you to understand the
theory and relate it to practice in
your own workplace. You will grow
in confidence and make an impact
in a changing NHS and health
services environment."

Ruhi Siddiqui
Head of the Standards Unit, The Public Health Agency
"I am certainly more confident and outward-facing in my attitude, and I now have a broader view of organisational structure. The pattern of private study and weekend attendance needs discipline, but it does not intrude on my working time. It's good value in terms of fees. All in all it's an excellent package"

David Grant
IT Consultant and Gospel Singer
"It's a big wide world out there and it is important not to get pigeon-holed. This qualification opens doors across all borders, and I am now perceived as being able to take on a task, do the necessary research and complete the mission in a disciplined manner. I should also say that I found the atmosphere at the school to be excellent, with high quality lecturers who are pleasantly accessible compared to most Schools"

Clive Sutton
Out-Patient Therapies Manager
St Georges' Hospital, South London
"The nature of the course makes you aware of your strengths and weaknesses, and enables you to focus on better problem solving and time planning. The aspect of studying the various relevant modules which can be applied to my role - and discussed with appropriate colleagues - is especially beneficial. And we talk in real "non corporate language" which makes for continual good communication with patients. My increased knowledge already enables me to connect to a wider audience sphere, and the overall enhanced training will enable me to contribute much more toward the stimulating and supportive atmosphere at St Georges'."

Rob Grafton
Planning & Environment Manager
London City Airport
"I'm
absolutely loving the challenge. The format of the programme suits me
fine, and I am learning facets of the business which I didn't know and can
now understand. I can appreciate matters on a larger scale through the
strategic management module for example, and the finance input has
clarified the language of numbers as it were. The practical situation of
being able to discuss the course with relevant colleagues is very
advantageous, as are networking opportunities with fellow students.
The standard of lecturing at the School is very high, and coupled with
the stimulating atmosphere I am learning a lot about myself. The overall
feeling is of greater achievement and more confidence. In typical,
tangible terms for example, I worked with the Community Relations
Team at the airport to develop the role of 'Community Ambassadors' ,
whereby we offer training and developement opportunities and an annual
bursary to staff that have demonstrated a will to progress within the
company. In exchange we benefit from their knowledge and time as local
residents', for example as school governors, or attending commuity
meetings on behalf of the airport, and with crisis management also an
important part of my brief. You can certainly say that an MBA is a
passport to wider horizons"
Rob's success has recently caught the attention of the London Evening Standard and the leading facilities media FMJ and Premises & Facilities Management.
