Greenwich School of Management Doctorate Research Conference

Greenwich School of Management held its first Doctorate Research Conference, attracting participation from some 40 course members and staff during the two day event held on the 12th and 13th November.

Guest speaker, Simon Saville, VP of Web Communications from Shell gave a fascinating description of the evolving challenges for communications and the impact on our professional and personal lives. Quoting many recent examples Simon presented the case for a more proactive style of communication and the need to listen and join in the conversation.

On Saturday 13th November course members heard from further guest speakers and had the opportunity to present their own work, in addition to presenting academic posters. James Antwi won the prize for Best Poster followed closely by his colleagues Chimdiya Julian Onyeka and Kehinde Eboigbe who came second and third.
