Computerised Travel Systems There is so much more to Technology in the Travel Industry than Computerised Air Reservations. Travel Consultants in most sectors of the industry use computer systems to organise general travel arrangements.
Hotel Reservations, Package Holiday Bookings, Car-Hire and ancillary services are all booked on computer. In addition, General Information such as Resort Facilities, Climate,Visa and Health Regulations are all available at a touch of button provided the user is properly trained. This course is multi-faceted, covering Viewdata Holiday Bookings leading to a recognised ‘Learn2Book’ certificate from Mondrago Multimedia. Delegates are also introduced to direct Hotel Reservations, sourcing information on-line, and a general overview of GDS systems other than Galileo (Sabre, Worldspan and Amadeus).
