Recommend a Friend Terms and Conditions
- The Recommender means any individual who has provided names and addresses of other individuals who may be interested in studying courses at the Greenwich School of Management, (the School).
- The Recommended Student means any individual whose details were supplied by a Recommender under the terms of this scheme.
- Recommenders will be rewarded with a commission payment of £250. This payment will be referred to as the Reward.
- The Reward will be paid once the Recommended Student is fully enrolled at the School and has paid their tuition fees for at least their first semester of study.
- Names and details of Recommended Students should be submitted by the Recommender on the attached Recommendation Form which should be dated and signed by the Recommender. THE REWARD WILL NOT BE PAID ON UNDATED AND UNSIGNED FORMS.
- The Reward will not be paid on students who have already made contact with the School prior to the recommendation, either through making a request for a prospectus or making an application or by any other means whatsoever.
- The Reward will not be paid in those circumstances where a recruitment agent appointed by the School has a prior claim agreed by the School for commission related to the Recommended Student
- Recommended Students must not be currently studying at the School or be alumni of the School or Greenwich College.
- Disputes regarding this recommendation scheme will be resolved by the School Council whose decision on the matter will be final.
- Where a Recommender is also a current student at the School, and there exists an outstanding balance of tuition fees on their behalf, The Reward will automatically be credited to the Recommender's outstanding tuition fee record at the School.
- Recommenders must not pledge the credit of the School.
- The reward will be made in the form of a cheque drawn in Pounds Sterling. The School reserves the right to accept or reject a Recommended Student at all times.
- Recommenders are not representatives nor employees nor partners of the School, and should not present themselves as such.
- Any promotional activity, other than recommending friends and colleagues, must not be undertaken without the prior approval of the School.
- It is the Recommender's responsibility to make a claim to the School for any payments due under this scheme.
- The School reserves the right to use photographic images and personal details of Recommenders and Recommended Students in the School’s promotional materials.
